EOD Technology and Bombing Preventions Summit

 

The NATO EOD COE joined the US EOD Technology Center (EODTECHCENT) and the United States Bomb Technician Association (USBTA) at their second annual EOD Technology and Bombing Prevention Summit held 2-4 December 2025. This was a premier gathering for EOD, Public Safety Bomb Technicians, and Bombing Prevention community professionals that offered an unparalleled opportunity to network, gain knowledge, and get hands-on with state-of-the-art technologies. Lieutenant Colonels Blake Zenteno and Witold Plezia provided a brief on the NATO EOD COE and discussed the challenges and opportunities the EOD community faces in the contemporary operational environment. We highly encourage participation of all EOD community of interest stakeholders in future iterations as it was truly an enlightening experience.
