Functional Memorandum of Understanding

The purpose of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is to establish the NATO transformation and operational efforts in the field of EOD. The EOD COE is designed to perform tasks in support of the four COE mission pillars, including:

• Lessons Learned and Analysis
• Training and Education
• Concept and Doctrine Development
• Standardization
